Take a moment to realize there will NOT be anyone to represent Bisexuals at the london pride however banks and supernatural is officially part of the pride march….

whatkindofcrazy:

For the supernatural people who applied for the march, i hope you realize that your queerbaiting show has a space in pride but the B in lgbt won’t have any association to represent bisexuals.

Hope you turn your space into a giant bi flag cause this shit is not ok. And i hope you realize there’s a time and space for fan identities, this is a time to make your queer identity visible…not the other way round.

Honestly this needs to be talked about more, bisexuals are being pushed aside to appease corporations and TV shows

Take a moment to realize there will NOT be anyone to represent Bisexuals at the london pride however banks and supernatural is officially part of the pride march….

(outofpatients): even if you can’t donate, spreading the word would help a million.

Please signal boost this!!!

Okay guys. On a serious note, now. This person right here is one of the two people I talk to quite frequently, one of the two people I have truly and magnificently grown to trust via meeting them on tumblr, and I can genuinely say that she is an amazing person. The fact that so many horrible things have happened to her so abruptly makes me infurated, and the fact that I can’t donate to her makes me feel so fucking helpless. I love her so much, guys, and seriously if you don’t know her and don’t feel comfortable donating yet, just hop over and talk to her? She’s super sweet, and you’ll see that she really is what she says she is.

Some is better than none. Please help her out. I cannot stress enough how important this is. So if you can’t donate (like me, boo), then reblog this? Let people know about it, check it out, etc. Just try to help out, guys. Please.

“It’s called gentrification. That’s what happens when the property value of a certain area is brought down/ You listening? They bring the property value down, they can buy the land at a lower price. Then they move all the people out, raise the property value, and sell it at a profit.” – Boyz N The Hood (1991)

This has nothing to do with Hannibal but the short story was created by Nick Antosca who’s a writer on Hannibal so donate if you can!

Not saying anything for certain. But we do want some feedback. If we were able to reopen as a register to view site (all free don’t worry, just it might be safer to have the site be protected) would you be interested? We really couldn’t promote the site anymore or the updates. But it would be there, and still updated with the latest stuff, for people who want it. What do people think of this idea?

Update: Thanks for the feedback. Some very good suggestions from BOTH sides of the issue. Things to consider.

Yes! As someone who has used your Hannibal photos for edits and such, I can say that you guys are a great asset to fandoms 🙂 a register to view site would be good.

The world of black cosplay: discrimination, rejection, invisibility of the black cosplaying community – The Columbia Chronicle: Arts & Culture

I like this article, I mean i’ve only cosplayed a few times (and im pretty sure Ive never had my cosplay judged cause of my race?? who knows) but these are things that I’ve noticed. Black cosplayers getting overlooked, people saying their cosplay is terrible cause of skin color. its just a mess that needs to be stopped (I guess the only thing I disagree was when the writer said the manga characters were based on americans?? im not a manga expert but I think the characters would be japanese idk)
