Not saying anything for certain. But we do want some feedback. If we were able to reopen as a register to view site (all free don’t worry, just it might be safer to have the site be protected) would you be interested? We really couldn’t promote the site anymore or the updates. But it would be there, and still updated with the latest stuff, for people who want it. What do people think of this idea?

Update: Thanks for the feedback. Some very good suggestions from BOTH sides of the issue. Things to consider.

Yes! As someone who has used your Hannibal photos for edits and such, I can say that you guys are a great asset to fandoms 🙂 a register to view site would be good.

The world of black cosplay: discrimination, rejection, invisibility of the black cosplaying community – The Columbia Chronicle: Arts & Culture

I like this article, I mean i’ve only cosplayed a few times (and im pretty sure Ive never had my cosplay judged cause of my race?? who knows) but these are things that I’ve noticed. Black cosplayers getting overlooked, people saying their cosplay is terrible cause of skin color. its just a mess that needs to be stopped (I guess the only thing I disagree was when the writer said the manga characters were based on americans?? im not a manga expert but I think the characters would be japanese idk)

Rutina Wesley has been cast as one of the four leads in ABC’s period female-cop procedural drama pilot Broad Squad, which chronicles the stories of the graduating class of Boston’s first female patrol officers in 1978, the project centers on four newly minted cops — Eileen, Molly (played by Charlotte Spencer), Lisa (the recently cast Cody Horn) and Joanne (Wesley) — who arrived at a tumultuous time in the city’s history and have to navigate rival neighborhoods as well as the conflicting attitudes toward them from everyone.

In case you missed it, the True Blood actress has also joined the cast of the third season of Hannibal in a recurring role.

tristhad-week:

Hello Tristhad fans! It is with great pleasure that Loshka and I announce a whole week dedicated to celebrating our favorite King Arthur couple, Tristan & Galahad. After a look at the calendar, we’ve decided that Tristhad Week will be held from:

APRIL 12 – 18th!

Which gives us plenty of time to prepare. Get those pencils and Pens ready!

We want to encourage as much participation as possible, so we have decided to keep most of the week freeform, with three ‘theme’ days to help get those creative juices going! Find more information on the Theme days here. All content related to Tristan & Galahad in all formats is welcome – we love and appreciate the versions presented in Arthurian Legend and other sources as well. If this is your ship in any format, not just King Arthur 2004, and you’d like to participate you are very welcome to do so.

For an easy way to keep abreast of the celebrations, feel free to follow the official tumblr: tristhad-week, or by following the tag, #tristhad week!

We’d love to hear from you if you plan to take part, and please help spread the word! If you’d like to see anything in particular that you feel would help  make Tristhad Week successful, feel free to inbox loshka or shawarma-palace!

lets rock this!!
